1. Ordering and Payment

• Orders can be placed through our website, in person, direct message or by phone.
• A valid credit card or other pre-approved payment method is required for all orders.
• Full payment is due at the time of order unless alternative payment arrangements are explicitly agreed upon in writing by the Company.
• Prices are subject to change without notice. The price listed at the time of order placement will be the final price.
• We reserve the right to cancel or modify orders due to product availability, pricing errors, or other unforeseen circumstances.

2. Club Fitting and Specifications

• We strongly recommend a professional club fitting to ensure optimal performance.
• Fitting fees may apply and are separate from the cost of the clubs.
• If a fitting is not performed, the Company is not responsible for clubs that may not meet your swing characteristics or expectations.
• Final club specifications, including shaft flex, length, lie angle, and grip size, are confirmed with the customer upon order placement.

3. Warranties and Liability

• All products come with manufacturer warranties.
• Warranties cover manufacturing defects and do not extend to normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by the customer.
• The Company is not liable for any consequential or incidental damages arising from the use of our products or services.

4. Lead Time and Shipping

• Lead time for custom club builds can vary depending on component availability. Estimated lead times will be provided at the time of order.
• Shipping costs will be added to the order total and are based on the chosen shipping method and delivery location.
• The Company is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

5. Returns and Cancellations

• Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final.
• Orders cannot be cancelled once they are placed and components are ordered.
• We will only accept returns for products that are demonstrably defective upon arrival.
• Returned products must be in their original packaging and unused condition.
